Madness..... that's all that need be said. Every song he played left my jaw dropping more and more. I went with a couple gay friend of mine from work for their pride weekend, and Matt too, and good lord, probably one of my best nights out, as good as Chris Liebing @ Rebel but obviously with 3000 more people. At times I thought Chris Liebing was playing lol... He played "grasshopper" which I'm extremely tired of, and yet, it flowed so PERFECTLY in his set. The man's a master, all of you need to put down your love for these random guys from Germany or god knows where, one of the best DJs in the world is in our own backyard, all of you need to check him out soon. The guy's a maestro, that's all that I need to say!!

Finally another one sees the light! Calderone is hands down the best DJ in NY PERIOD!!! I was actually going to go last night until I found out it was pride week lol. That place must have been a circus on crack but I'm sure Victor ripped it sick like he always does. Glad you had fun Marcello. Next time he plays @ Neptunes we should go.:crazy:

He drops a different rework of "Grasshopper" at every event this year. I like the one he did at Pacha & it sounded even better @ Studio opening when their sound was twicked perfict.

calderone is amazing no doubt about it
i dled a few sets of his
one from 05 is mental straight up tribal bombs after bomb
his new style hes adding more tech into his sets but still kills it
if you dont have his cd "evolve" go get it
so far its been the best cd ive gotten all year
iam soooo pissed cause i can never see him cause i gotta be at work at 7 in the morning on sunday mornings so i have nooooo after hours wat so ever but one day iam gonna call out and check him out
and i heard hes back at neptunes labor day
and another dj who will blow your mind is danny t

calderone also does one or two parties a summer on sunday evening at surf club in jersey. his crowd at surf club isn't nearly as gay as when he spins in the city.

i would say if you cant stand his crowd then go out to nj or hamptons to see him
his set wont be as long but he will still be good

Calderone isnt spinning @ Surf Club this year. He is spinning next in Hamptons on the 3rd @ Stereo and DT is on the 4th @ Neptunes. ;)
