So it looks like the Feds are starting to mount a manslaughter case against Benoits' doctor, who was indicted this week for improperly prescribing medicine (10 month supply of Steroids to Benoit every 3 to 4 weeks, alongside painkillers and tranquilizers).
They clearly don't have enough to charge him with something like manslaughter now, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them try. |

yeah. I'm not saying he wouldn't have found another way, but giving him that amount of steroids obviously wasn't healthy for him, and as a doctor he should've known that. |

my dads older sister struggles heavily with crippling arthritis (and her mother, my late grandma did too), she is on something steroids based to try & ease the overall pain and it works to an extent. If it's good or bad for her, only time would tell. |
