I've had lucid dreams once or twice, was just random occurences though.

Weird thought, but I wonder what would happen if you somehow ingested drugs while asleep, like someone IVed small doses of acid or whatever to someone in a deep sleep.

I've had Lucid dreams. Some very intense, but I was in control. Not sure if the person I was in the dreams was who I am but it was what I wanted to happen. I've had dark lucid dreams and light ones.

I recomend for lucid dreams, not some much practicing with techniques or using a lucid dream machine.

Using other techniques to approach theta state. Theta state is the state you feel when kind of waking up. It's one state lower from full on rem sleep. Meditation is one way to approach this state, which does take some practice and disepline, Light and sound treatment is another way, right now I uses sound therapy while I crash. Basically certain frequincy's of low and high end sound. Flotation tanks I've used for years. The tend to grab ahold of you on thier on the most. The point when you wake up from a sensory deprivation tank is wild. You wake up in darkness with little sensation and no light or sound. You have this extreme feeling of "did that just really happen"

Exactly the first thing I wondered when I saw this thread.

Kids these days don't really seem to know what they're supposed to do with mushrooms any more :p

True story:

Girl I knew tried to shroom, by shoving them in her butt.
But that doesn't work
