TA Poker Night/Tournament?

Alright, I know we've discussed this before, and there was a lot of interest in this...
I think we need to have a TA poker night/tournament sometime in the near future as it is the summer months are upon us and people have more free time.
If you guys are interested we should figure out a night and where we should play, etc.

I think thats a good price.
$20 buy-in. You can play freezeout tournament style.
$20 will buy 2,000 chips (just for example). Winner take all, or top 3 get paid (1-50%,2-30%,3-20% etc.)
Not big money, but still some money so it can be somewhat serious.
There could also be multiple games playing...more serious games, and some just for fun. |

That's not what I meant. People take the fun out of poker because they take it UBER seriously. Half the time I don't even care about what's going on in the game itself. |

it's upto you if you want to play seriously or not. Usually when I play at the casino or something, there are a few ppl who take it UBER seriously, while the others are having a blast, drinking and just joking around and stoned out of their mind haha
I'm guessing it'll be more relaxed...through in some nice tunes, bring a 24 and have some fun!
Then again, if your poor as , you might try and be serious to make some money. |
