Needed: trance tracks with "electro"-house influence

I'm looking for tracks which are melodic and atmospheric/uplifting, but have the tempo and the dirty, gritty basslines you might be more likely to hear in so-called "electro"-house.
Tracks such as:

| btw, to clarify: I play out house music with prominent basslines, and I'm looking for ways to more smoothly transition between these types of songs and trance. |

Indeed... I guess I'm looking for less familiar/known tracks... maybe some tracks that successfully fuse the two genres and sound good.

in all seriousness though, there are a lot of good proggy tracks that you can use to go into melodic trance
whenever i play with spawnmaster, a ta here, that's how i lead into his trance sets
hooj, baroque, audio therapy, deep focus, etc
try tracks like
vibrasphere - sweet september
conscious - northern lights (pob remix)
minilogue - leloo
lewie day - striptease
oxia - domino
raisani & borgesius - etnosat (tc maniak remix)
steve gibbs - electronicat
central rush - out of focus (illegally blind mix)
chakra - opacity
roland klinkenberg tracks
dousk tracks
ozgur can, perry oneil tracks
underwrold - play pig (pig & dan remix 2)
tilt tracks
booka shade - in white rooms (mexico mix)
try mixing that with stage one - space manoevers. it's absolutely sick.
i could even see nathan fake - outhouse (valentino kanzyani remix) working well into trance
prog breaks can do it too
digital witchcraft - brindavan (momu remix)
bt - fibonacci sequence
i personally like to let people know they're in for something different. |
