Edit: And regarding his signature.......Drop is a bomb and i'm glad it has the whistles, the bassline and the Sean Tyas sound. Seriously John O'Callaghan has the same f*cking sound in most of his tunes which really sound identical but noone is bashing him for the same sound. This applies also to Aly & Fila,Probspot,Breakfast, etc. Every producer has his "signature". Get over with it

Actually, I have been saying this about them for months, and seeing Fila play a set on Friday confirmed it.

There is a difference between having a signature sound and only using the same 3 presets in your productions.

hmm.

well. yeah, it's not exactly great music. but the funny thing is, if you tweak the kick & bass slightly, you've got a perfectly adequate hard house track. stuff like that has been coming out for years in the ukhh/ukht scenes... cheesy, mindless, & not giving a about anything besides giving clubbers something to bosh to.

this makes me think. what is it about tyas that makes him so much more popular than the likes of technikal, guyver, k90, nick rowland or tonnes of other hard dance producers, when his music is basically the same only played on slightly different synth presets? and why do tyas fans turn a blind eye to the aforementioned?

i guess push come to shove, it's not really tyas i have issues with.. but more the muppets in the trance scene that continue to big him up when he really belongs in a dank dingy underground hard trance club somewhere in london. then again, those who continue to view his stuff as accurately representative of trance (yes, several have posted in this thread) are equally as bad. be ashamed

id hardly call this a remix.
id call this opening up one of his past projects...time stretching the original acdc song and cutting it up a bit and then putting them 2getha.

crap but in saying that it he probably made this while he was on the toilet.

I've never really understood why people get their panties in a wad with all this "OOOOH MY GOD HE REMIXED A CLASSIC! SUCH HERESY!", as if Tyas or anyone else making his own interpretation of a song magically changes the original in any way, shape, or form... disfiguring it permanently henceforth.

as always...CRAP!!
