This is going to be my first time clubbing in NYC. I'm coming from the Boston and Worcester, MA scene (yes I know it's not much of a scene)
What should I expect of Webster Hall, is it any good? I got tickets for this friday's Cosmic Gate and John 00 Fleming show.
Also, does anyone know if girls and/or 21+ are free before midnight? It said that on the website earlier, but it's gone now. |

don't expect too much from WH. It's not indicitive of the NY scene. Altough this is the biggest event they've had in some time so the vibe may be changing. Who knows.
Have fun....oh, just in case bring some black shoes and put them in your car. The place used to require shoes for guys, i haven't been there in about 3 - 4 years so i don't know if that is still the policy.

A few reminders:
This is not guaranteed admission. The Clubplanet guestlist always helps you get in, but, at the end of the day, the doorman has final discrection.
Show up early. The earlier you get there, the more likely you are to avoid hassle.
Look sharp. Again, the doorman has final discretion.
You can still get pwned, so watch out! |

| this is the first time that a LOT of us are going to Webster Hall, even us new yorkers! I am curious myself as I have heard decent, as well as ty reviews. |

| I may swing by that night as well, and it'd be my first time in the place. I hear mostly negative things about the place, but a bunch of TAs will be there, so if you find them, it'll probably make for an atypical, more enjoyable crowd. Plus, with Cosmic Gate and '00F spinning it should make for a jaw-clenching good time regardless. :rolleyes: :p :crazy: |
