I call all girls I don't like hookers...anyhow the landlords doesn't care all they care about is getting rent on time.
My roommate treats her ex like he's her kid which makes me want to vomit. She won't ask him for money and figures it's her her responsibly to save him from the big bad world. if i were him I would slap a bitch...anyhow, it wouldn't be so bad if I was still working / going to school but I graduated and finished my internship so now I have all day to think about bull. |

if you meet him you would believe this, he's weak. he asked, they made it difficult for him to get them back so he just took it as a loss. |

damn son, i don't know what to say..
I mean personally I know the grind living in nyc and roommates can be bitches, that's why I'm living alone in a small studio for the past 5 years. I don't need to worry about anyone else cuz worrying about myself is a handful as it is. |

I want to stay in Manhattan but it's too expensive to live here alone :(. My lease is up September 1st so I guess I could move out of the city and live alone or find roommates and put the smack down initially. Hm I think I can get the ex out this week, but that doesn't take away from him being here a month plus the idiot leaves the AC in the hooker's room on all day whether anyone is here or not. I told her about this so she better pay up. Damn me for having everything in my name!!! |

if its in your name you have the right to kick her out, say no to the ex, make her pay more...it's your obligation

we emailed back and forth because she's out of town until this afternoon, we are having a talk this evening / tomorrow morning. i expressed my concerns. also kicking her out isn't so easy since 1) she is subletting the room from my old roommate and they are good friend plus 2)I can't just come up with an additional $1400 to pay for her half of stuff if I can't find a replacement ASAP. |
