Bunch of free concerts outside, plus some indoor ones in clubs and such. But yeah, just walk around inside the perimeter and you're sure to find interresting stuff. Stages scattered everywhere, bunch of booths showcasing instruments and stuff, people selling hot dogs and tee shirts, big crowds of tourists everywhere. It's like one big giant party in the middle of the city. Best time of the year to be in mtl. ;)
