i've heard of tickets for lawns being not "groomed" properly. if you're part of a community where you pay dues or association fees, you have to abide by their rules. plain and simple.
when i lived in a duplex @ college, however, we didn't mow our lawn for almost 2 months. we had a freakin' prarie growing it was funny. we should have gotten fined for it, because the city law said something about it being more than one foot long. but oh well, woot! |
