Clovis already is old enough, i think. I think Gehz was jokingly implying that Clovis is not mentally old enough to drive and it still a child.
I'm not sure what the age restrictions are though in the US.
Although his name still reminds me of Hovis, a breadmaker here in the UK. |

heh he was talking about it but i just saw in the west coast (one of the rare times i go in there anymore) that hes got an appointment tomorrow morning at 730am. |
