Here is a link to the Amtrak fare finder page (use NYP for penn station and KIN for kingston RI.)I looked at a sample of Amtrak trains going from Penn station to Kingston RI on the 14th and some returning on the 15th. The price seems to vary based on departure time and there are quite a few to choose from. Hope it helps!
