Some hotspots for tomorrow..?

I'm down in So Cal (Hollywood area), and I was just wondering if any of you can recommend a good spot to hit up tomorrow for fireworks or somewhere to hang out for 4th of July; maybe a nice view top somewhere to smoke one up (even if in public, doesn't matter).
Friend of mine came from Russia a while ago and wanted to do something tomorrow, and just go sight-seeing this month as well.

Anyone know of any nice viewtop in general? There's a nice one out on Outpost Drive (a little parking area there too designated for stopping and sight seeing).
