just spotted a huge and potentially costly error on disco studio.
they have got a "DJM-800" - at least that is all the info on there for £400 (it's actually a DJM-707)
do u think if u were to order that then complain saying they sent u the 707 by mistake then when they come back and say it was an error on the webpage u could still swindle the 800 off them for that price? huge loss if u could. obviously u would have to say the image wouldnt load when u were on there lol
unfortunately i havent got £400 to hand to try it but who knows, someone should try it :D |

that wouldn't fly.
I once saw an error on best buys website. they had a computer listed at $25. I bought 20 of them. They cancelled my order and said it was an error. I called and complained but they just pretty much told me to off :D |

yea, that's wot i would expect lol... but then my current desk was meant to be £100 but i got it for £40 because the store had it placed in the wrong shelf - had to haggle but they gave in in the end. having said that, it was a biggish uk company (Homebase) so probly wasnt worth the hassle to them lol |

I think that's false advertising. |

| That's why most companies have a "not responsible for typographical errors" disclaimer... |
