Hey all,
I am trying to do some mic and guitar recording through the audiophile 192 PCI and am want to hear what my input live as I record it. Anybody know where I can find the setting to "unmute" the input so I can hear it live? It is unmuted on the control panel and I can hear my guitar playback when I am running it through NI's "Guitar Rig" but cannot hear it otherwise.
Thanks |

| Should be a monitoring function in your sequencer to allow that. Check your sequencer software manual. |

| You're not using a condensor mic are you? In that case you'd need phantom power :). |

nah it's not the mic, i CAN record when i want to but I just cannot hear it live... within teh sequencer I can do it as well, but if I had no sound programs open, just my desktop... I should still be able to hear what I'm playing live, right?
I just don't know where to go to enable that option... the inputs are "unmuted" in my software delta mixer so I don't know where I should be looking. |
