Omg funny story for tae & bri (well, for anyone really).
My mom just got back from visiting my nana up in NY...upstate NY, not NYC, but my nana is originally from the bronx and lived in manhattan most of her early life. Well my nana is getting old and grumpy but she’s still hilarious to me. she’s like 80 and still wears a pound of makeup and tells jokes. She’s a drama queen (probably where I get it from).
Well she was bitching about how she’s bored and my mom was like, “well why don’t u go to the library or volunteer?” and my nana was like, “what?! Volunteer? That’s ridiculous! I’m a city person, I don’t do that” and my mom was like, “you haven’t lived in NYC since you were my age..what is that suppsed to mean” and she was like, “I’m from NYC, we don’t help people, I’d rather do something else”.
Hahahah I ing died laughing when my mom told me that story.
