You are not gonna believe this...
I just saw this new Jeep commercial, and the music on the ad is "Time of our Lives" - the anthem we all know by Vega4 remixed by Paul van Dyk, featured on Reflections.
I was like...no way, but this song really made it on a mainstream USA commercial, pretty damn cool. I had never seen it before, anybody else seen this ad yet?

I've seen it plenty of times. The ad that is. It made me look up once, but that's about it.
What makes it so hard to believe it'd be hard for it to break the mainstream market? Especially the barebones version they use in that ad with just the vocals which are highly applicable to almost any product featured in an ad?
Besides, the club version's been used many times in many mainstream shows. I remember hearing the club version on some MTV show a while back. |
