if you follow the instructions you get EXACTLY its incredibly easy to put in a solderless chip. however, speaking from experience, if oyu just kinda 'go for it', you fail
ended up buying another xbox motherboard off ebay :p |

and even if its solderless, you will likely lose the connection and have to solder it anyways. |
