LoL i never get to start reviw threads but i have to say .......
WOW!!!! sums up last night... just WOW!!!
So it was my first time at Sizzle and I have to say I was really impressed with the club it's small but not too small it got a really nice layout, the only problem I had with it is the narrow stair way to get upstairs.
Dj Dan got on about 12:30 and there seriously was something in the air as soon as he go on cuz the whole place went bonkers awesome vibe. Dan played a great set amazing track selection he was just dropping bomb after bomb and even a Jelo/Deadmau5 track witch was totally awesome!
I can totally see how Dan got such a high ranking on the Dj 100. I don’t think there is anything I would have changed about his set. Awesome chilling with the Hamilton crew u guys are some of the nicest ppl I know <3! Overall I had a great time and I would defiantly come back to Sizzle again if they keep having nights like this :D
LoL Stefan were so buying a map next time we come :toothless |

I heard a few DJ Dan sets before I came tonight and heard nothing but hype from him so I figured what the hell, get in on GL, and have some fun on a thursday night with the Hamilton crew :happy2:
Got in around 1115pm, had a few people around, then picked up a lot just before DJ Dan came on. It was funny to see the EDM clan vs Top 40 crew clash together, I had a bunch of people ask why we were dancing so much and what this style of music was lol.
I really enjoyed the dance area it was very very nice. VIP against the wall, DJ booth above us, ing sik lazers for that club, the sound system was POUNDING, no complaints except for the MAZE to get to the ing bathroom lol.
DJ Dan's electro house is ing unique I love it. He plays a bunch of remixes that gets everyone going from start to finish, no breaks. When he played Deadmau5 & Jelo - The Reward is Cheese I was goin bonkers as that is a ing BOMB track and shows that even local talent can produce some sik tracks :tongue2
Get dumb mark knight remix got the place going too, can't get enough of that track. Overall even though I was sober I still had a ing blast (although many temptations i had :nervous: ). Awesome times, awesome booking, a Thursday night WELL spent. |

I think Stefan learned his lesson from last Monday morning ;)
Bryan, DJ Dan playing tech trance? LOL. Sketchiest comment of the day! :D |

In all fairness to the 'tech-trance' comment - there was a stretch were he laid down nothing but that..... he was all over the board last night as far as genres are concerned. Although he is known as a house dj, he played everything from classic house, to trance, to big room prog. Massive build-ups all over the joint.
Not really my cup of tea usually, but you can't help but appreciate a good dj - no matter what the flavor of tunes (imo). Technically, he was on all night - and weaved through different sounds with ease.
P.S. - I remember that tune you guys are talking about (Jelo and Deadmau5)... disgusting. |

Was definitely not the usual Thursday, I think at one point I actually felt the floor move. It was hard to work with all the good music and people going crazy. |
