the LCBO just one street west of the guv has free parking but i wouldnt recommend parking there because i know quite a few people that have had their cars broken in to and stuff stolen.
the loblaws next to guv has parking for $8 and is much safer. |

Loblaws is best bet. Though I've been parking at a spot free near the guv for the last 5 years.
