Animatrix... from concept (wachowski bros getting all those anime legends to do shorts related to The Matrix) to execution just awesome.
bought the ninja scroll series a couple weeks ago off the madman stocktale sale. it's still going, check it out at the madman website. some gems in there. |

Deceptikon: what's ur fave mecha anime(s)? I'm not a huge fan of the big gundam series' that have been released in the US (gundam wing, seed etc.), cause they're boring and poorly made (just use the same loops over and over :tongue2), but one of my favourite series' is G Gundam which is an old-school gundam series-- maaad!
also: Naruto is the best manga out...
also: i prefer manga to anime... as long as u can read HEEEEEAPS of chapters at once: it's annoying reading it once a week... |

| The alternate Gundam universes are pretty house ie Wing... The Universal Century stuff is my favourite, 08th MS team, 0083, Zeta, and the such. Turn A Gundam had a main mecha designed by Syd Mead of Bladerunner fame but the story was not too bad. RahXephon is abit of an Evangelion clone but I liked it more than Eva. I watch ALOT of stuff though, I don't watch TV, just anime. Ghost Hunt is awesome, as is Claymore. I have about 400gb of fansubs on my PC at the moment, watched most of it and churning through the rest lol. |
