Get a nice big yellow onion, green & red pepper, some dill weed, basil, salt, pepper and maybe a little garlic.
put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, chop up the onion and sautee for a few minutes then put the chicken in, add your spices and cover up on simmer stirring occasionally. 10 - 15 minutes before the onions are done and chicken is cooked through, add your diced bell peppers and turn the heat up a bit. Take off the lid and keep stirring until it's ready to eat.

| yea... so i just threw some thighs on the foreman grill and didnt do anything else. they tasted good without salt or anything |
