Music Grouping question

i want to sort my music out in such a way that it's sorted alphabetically, by genre, and by bpm (all separate)
for eg. Mark Otten - So Serene would go into C:/M, D:/Prog and E:/120-130
what's the best way/software to do this? |

so basically there will be 3 copies of the same track ??
one for each organization type ??
and i dont think any software is made that can identify the genre of a music file. |

could be one copy and 2 shortcuts?
and i ll make the folders according to genre myself. |
