jay: im a single guy, i like art stuff but im not going for that. im going to party it up. not sure exactly what i want as i havent ever travelled. like i said. been in california all my life. i need to experience other to say what i DONT want.
oh and yes alone and budget...not super huge but aint no slouch either. |

if its north america NYE is all about Montreal/LA/NYC for the big parties.....Toronto too but its the same as NYC just cleaner with more pussies living there. |

europe is cheap in the winter, even for you paying folk. :p i just pulled a week-long fare over NYE for $700 roundtrip [LAX-BER connecting in london] on expedia. guaranteed you can get a package trip to include your lodging for about the same price. think about redeeming airmiles or hotel/credit card point if you've got the option. sure NYE seems far away, but you can save a grand by booking now.
