Just saw this movie and its scared the out of me (you do need a mean surround set up for max effect). Directed by the Pang Brothers (The Eye I,II) Produced by Sam Raimi & Rob Tapert (Evil Dead, Spiderman)
I love scary flicks and I am totally sketchy about PG-13 movies, but Transformers and Live Free or Die Hard have convinced me.
