Right, the letter in the other thread however shows you the 'gold' incident was more drawn out. And that Giuliani it seems ordered less firefighters before the gold was found; just a week or month or some interval of time after most the gold was recovered he decided to clear the rubble without shifting through every single piece. Which I think you have to do after a certain point... Obviously one could argue it was too soon or too late, but who can really decide such things? |
