i'm no cdj enthusiast... i really prefer vinyl... but i had the chance to mix on these the other day and let me just say that i was WAY impressed... the reviews are so awful because of the digital distortion scratch jocks experience... but me being a trance kid i don't give a damn about that gripe.
anyway, i really detest the feel of the cdj1000mk3... these techs are the genuine article...
i feel crazy since the rest of the world thinks these decks are ... i really loved them!
anyone else out there in my camp? |

Few people are in your camp. It's not just about the feel or the platter, but about the ty cueing system.
The 1000s are much nicer to use, but if you like the Techs then just get them.
Don't say no one warned you though!! |

| I can't believe you enjoyed them, not to say anything is wrong with you, however, I hated those things with a passion. I was asked to perform at a venue and they had those for me to use and it was a nightmare. cueing was near impossible and hardly intuitive. The platter was not effective in cueing and the display is difficult to see even in low light settings. Not to mention that the cd's take forever to load... |

| Played on them once or twice and they are awful... I don't like to play on anything other than CDJ800's or CDJ1000's now because IMO they are the best CD decks money can buy |
