Since everybody is starting one, screw it!

This Saturday, July 14, 2007. Downtown Los Angeles.
Everything you need to know,

The GIANT Village, from A to Z...

Armin ‘LIVE IN LA’ is this year’s GIANT Village theme… 8 hours of Armin van Buuren (yes, he will go on at 8pm) with special guests Rank 1 (this is the full live show with both members: Piet Bervoets & Benno de Goeij), Jennifer Rene and Susana (featured vocalists) and a variety of special surprises.

Box Office Location: Tickets will be available at the event. Advance tickets are highly recommended and available now at www.giantclub.com. On the night of the event, you may pick up your ‘will call’ tickets (both GA & VIP) or purchase tickets at the GIANT Village Box Office, located in the Lower Lobby of the Downtown Sheraton Hotel at 7th & Hope Street from 5pm onwards. If you already have your tickets in hand, go directly to the General Admission entrance at Flower Street & Wilshire Boulevard or the VIP Entrance at 7th and Hope Street (please see the ‘Village Map’ at www.giantclub.com)

Cocktails... they’ll be in easy reach no matter where you plant yourself in the Village – look for the Red & White Striped Tents around the Village this year. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at all bars. Please drink responsibly.

Desyn Masiello, 16 Bit Lolitas, Jason Bentley and Allen S are featured in the Stoli Chill Ville… located to your left in the Pegasus Building just inside the General Admission entrance at Flower and Wilshire Boulevard.

Enter the GIANT Village, with your 21+ ID and General Admission Ticket in hand, at the corner of Flower Street and Wilshire Boulevard (please see the ‘Village Map’ at www.giantclub.com). VIP’s see “V” below.

Fashionably late isn’t that fabulous when you’re standing in a long line, so please... arrive EARLY. The Village gates open at 8pm and Armin will be taking the stage at that time – you won’t want to miss a moment.

Get Lei’d… check out the Village Tiki Bar (near the Ferris Wheel), get a souvenir Lei (while supplies last) and enjoy Frozen Margaritas, Strawberry Margaritas, Stoli Blueberry Snow Cones, Limoncello Snow Cones and rum and tequila infused ‘Strawberry Daiquiri’ and ‘Margarita’ Popsicles.

Hungry? Check out the Village Food Court serving a variety of tasty treats located on Hope Street near the VIP Lounge entrance).

Instant cash? Before you enter, there are several ATM’s outside of the event and, after you enter, there’s an ATM in both the main Village (just inside the entrance) and the VIP area (behind the stage, to the left of the bar). Again, credit cards will be accepted at all bars.

Just in case… make your GIANT Village experience an ‘overnight sensation.’ Grab a luxurious room at the Downtown Sheraton via the Hotel page at www.giantclub.com for the exclusive ‘Village’ rate of $145 per night. The Downtown Sheraton is directly across the street from the entrances to this year’s event!

Kryogenifex will be keeping things ‘very chill’ in the Stoli Chill Ville (located near the main entrance in the Pegasus Building) with frequent blasts of jet-propelled liquid nitrogen… and Stoli has assembled an array of cool cocktails and interactive ‘chill’ lounging.

Last call will be at 1.30am as all alcoholic beverages must be collected by 2am and all the bars will offer non-alcoholic beverages until 4am.

Most of the streets in the Downtown area are ONE WAY - please be extra cautious. See Parking & Directions page at www.giantclub.com.

No IN’s and OUT’s.

Onsite medical and emergency staff will be in place. If you’re not feeling well or someone in your group needs attention, First Aid is located to the left of the main stage.

Parking recommendations are mapped on the ‘Parking & Directions’ page at www.giantclub.com. Security teams provided by the Downtown Business Improvement District patrol these lots and the surrounding streets. They can be identified by their purple uniforms. The lots are numbered based on convenience to the GIANT Village.

Questions? Email us at [email protected].

Restrooms are located: 1) Near the main entrance and feature separate Men’s and Women’s Executive Trailers, 2) Next to the Food Court and Island Bar and 3) In the VIP Area (backstage).

Security personnel will be checking (for everyone’s safety and continued enjoyment of our future events) for the following items: Weapons, bottles or containers, illegal substances, marking devices and other obviously inappropriate items. Backpacks are not allowed, small purses are allowed.

Tip your bartenders, please.

Unless you’re 21 or older and have a valid picture I.D. to prove it, please don’t attempt to enter the event.

VIPs... enter, with your 21+ ID and VIP Ticket in hand, at 7th and Hope Street, directly across from the Downtown Sheraton. The inside entrance to the VIP Lounge is located to the right of the stage.

We’ve uploaded the galleries from last summer’s GIANT Village... see the ‘Village Gallery’ page at www.giantclub.com.

X marks the spot… print the Village Map at www.giantclub.com.

Yes, the ever-popular Water Bars will be back and fully stocked, located around the perimeter of the dance floor in the middle of the event.

Zoolander...I thought that was a great movie. How about you?

See you Saturday… at the GIANT Village in Downtown Los Angeles! ..

Or just take the Metro.

P2 is pretty expensive too. It's the one that's also used for the downtown Library.

If you have a $$$ car it might be worth it. It's underground and safe.
