so the rule now is that teenagers can each other, they just can't tape it cause then it's kiddie porn? wow... that means all the naked pics that people have of each other is also kiddie porn. this should be interesting... |

the big deal is the tape as evidence.
in GA there is a "public evidence" law that says evidence used in court has to be made to the public.
the attorney already used it as evidence, making available to the public when its up.
problem is the tape has "child porn," causing a conflict of laws.
that is why this case is all public again.
and because hes black. |
