It was just warm and sunny 20 min ago now there are high winds with fog covering the city and bay from the ground up

I never seen anything like it and I have an aerial view of the bay and city from my window!

I thought not getting enough sleep was making me see things but the fog really was moving in that fast

:haha: :haha:

Yep, I remember living in the city, it would be all nice in downtown, and by the time I got home in the filmore district it was all cold and windy, foggy!!!

Stupid micro climates! :wtf:

Today in LA the weather is... well.. not as hot as yesterday and there seems to be some over cast but, it's after 12:00 already!

I think we're headed towards a nice day here in sunny SoCal.

wtf the weather is always like this in sf

I wasn't surprised that there was fog, I was surprised how it dramatically came out of no where and covered much of the bay area in such a short time frame

Growing up here I've never seen it be a completely clear day and then all of the sudden within 10-15 minutes - everything in sight gets covered, this wasn't just in SF, friends of mine in the east and south bay experienced the same thing

Fog comes in all the time gradually throughout the day in SF, usually through the sunset, twin peaks and richmond district or north of the golden gate along the coastline - rarely does it ever reach downtown and even if it does it certainly not enough to cover it entirely

I should have recorded it with my camera since I have arial views of SF, it was actually a really cool sight to all of the sudden see the bridges and city lights disappear to the point where I can't see anything at all in a matter of minutes
