Hey All,
I'm working on my music production skills and am really loving Daniel Kandi's "Make me believe." I don't have many fancy VSTs and unfortunately, no hardware. I'm just curious how he pulled together the sounds for the lead and the bassline. It sounds like he's using an Access Virus--is there any way to do this in say, Vanguard VST or something else? I really love the sounds he uses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Additionally, here are the links to a preview of the song and his myspace profile:

Daniel Kandi uses Propellerheads Reason only, and as you probably know Reason doesn't support VST etc. ;) |

Oh, alright. Thanks for the info--awesome that you were able to find that out. I use Reason in addition to Ableton Live. Any ideas on how to get that type of sound for the bass though? Probably subtractor? |
