How do you find the key of a sample or loop??

Then use it. There is nothing wrong with using samples or loops. I'd say use your ear to make sure it sounds proper.
Making sounds from scratch is cool, but you'll be missing out on quite a lot if you never learn how to use a sampler properly. |

| Dude i nearly always make my own sounds with software or hardware, its just ive got my hands on a few cool samples, and just wanted to make sure i had them in key thats all because ive tried to use my ears but its hard to tell |
