NEVER!!!! Not even exhibitions against 'real' european teams. I think the only soccer games that have ever sold out in giants stadium were the world cup matches in 94.

Biggest crowd for a soccer event in Giants Stadium History was when Manchester United played Junevtus in 2003, it was completely sold out for a while.

It was 79,000+. I remember seeing that on the scoreboard when I went.
