Right, before I try and answer that, I should point out that it was not a recreational choice. I got my legs crushed in an accident last June, and the doctor gave me heroin as a painkiller while they were snapped back into place. I don't know if it would feel different as a recreational drug as opposed to a painkiller, but...
First up, he injected it in my right wrist, and it straight off felt like I had ice running up the veins in my arm, and into the rest of my body. Once I could feel that cold get towards the centre of me, I just sort of slipped out of it. I felt extremely relaxed (and if you bear in mind my left leg was lying shattered on the floor with people pulling at it, that's pretty ed up), and utterly 'not there' as it were. One of my first thoughts was that it felt a bit like going into a k-hole, but less 'whoa' and more 'mmmm' (if you get what I mean). I just spent the next half hour or so staring at the opposite wall feeling totally peaceful.
That it managed to make me feel good while they were debating whether or not my leg was gonna be amputated scared me stiff later on - made me understand how it s up people's lives. Wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot bargepole, but it felt amazing at the time. |

I've tried everything from weed to ecstasy to methamphetamines....but the one I love most has got to be Cocaine....
"My Lady" so they call it...also the drug that Robert Downey Jr is in jail for..
Anyways, the first time I tried it was at age 21....ing love it..
Not a drug I would recommend using though...highly addictive...and my nose bled one time...no joke..lol
I am over and out with artificial stimulants....the long term effects are surfacing and I would not wanna myself up any further.. |

i am speaking for myself.. and probably any other former drug addicts here.. anyways, i finally came to the realization (drugs and alcohol kept me from seeing this obvious revelation) that drugs are not a positive or productive part of life and thus, i decided to quit. weed is not a drug in my opinion and i still smoke it every now and then but more or less just to relax, not to get stoned off my balls.. the biggest reason i quit hardcore drugs is because one time, i came very close to over-dosing on DXM.. i know it was stupid but i had access to this in powder form and for a while i was just filling pills w/ this stuff and popping it and one time i took too many.. to make a very long and traumatic story short, drugs are bad but i do not condem drug users because you are going to do wat you want w/ your own life. by staying drug-free i am making a choice that i want to stick w/ and thats all i have to say about that. |

I'm just starting to be able to walk again, thanks for asking. Worst part about this is - I haven't been clubbing since GC Summer Sound System last June (At least I went out with a bang though, heh). |

Well, I've been partying for about a year, and I've done the following drugs (exlcuding caffeine, alcohol and nicoteine), in no particular order.
Weed
E (ecstasy)
Shrooms
Acid
K (ketamine)
Nitrous
Khat
Crystal Meth
I must say that it has been an experience doing them and I do not in anyway support or condone drug use. I still am a drug user, but not so much anymore as I was a few months ago. At around February of this year, I was pretty much popping 5 pills a week on average where on one morning I did about 10 really crappy coke/crystal pills which had no mdma in them. I'm not too proud of that accomplishment. :sadgreen: Ecstasy I have found to be somewhat addictive, but not really. And I'd have to say that even when E does make you all high and "E-tarded", I still like the feeling of rushing and having energy. It is one of my favourite drugs....
As for the other drugs, Acid was quite fun, had an amazing acid trip last october where I laughed my ass off for 3 hours straight at everything and felt all sorts of nice buzzes. Ketamine is a so so drug for me, if it's around, I'll do some, but if I have to pay for it, then I'll pretty say it, it's not worth it. I don't particularly like going into k-holes and feeling sick. Weed is fun times but it usually takes alot for me to get buzzed, unfortunately. :( Shrooms I haven't done enough to really trip out on them so I'll get back to ya on that. I did nitrous once from a balloon and was it ever a rush, but it last for like a minute, definitely something you shouldn't do that often, so I've heard. Khat is a plant grown in Africa, (methcathinone) and I did some of that when I was rolling off a pill and it made me feel less stupid and it restored my focus, and it came in a powder form, so that was definitely an experience. And as for crystal meth, this drug is kind of pointless, but it gave me loads of energy and kinda made me weird, but it was all in good fun.
So yeah, I've had my experiences with drugs, but I'm seriously trying to cut back. But I'd have to agree with most people here that trance is like a drug for me, and good trance will often give me energy to dance and feel shivers down my spine. :) |
