I'm pretty sure its better for you than caffeine. (not that they are the same thing)
But those overpriced energy drinks.
Doesnt taurine form naturally in your stomach or liver or something? |

The question is not specific enough to really be answered - not that I'd necessarily know the answer anyway. Just google it, it's pretty common and is normally present in the body so I doubt information on it is hard to come by. |
