| I need a new desk for my studio. A really big desktop with a riser is a requirement and everything else is secondary. Any idea on some merchants who sell desk designed for studios? |

| I would try and make it myself... you get better qualty and can customise it more easily. |

i really need a keyboard stand or some kind of rack attachment for my desk.

I just got this one a few months ago: Staples Online Link
It's much more expensive now, 50 bucks delivered to my door when I got it. Wood tended to sag, so I got 10 bucks worth of 3/4" angle iron and reinforced it. Also, assembled it the opposite way as shown in picture, only had to drill a couple holes to do so. Better quality than I expected too. |

If any of you are going to build a desk yourselves, could you post pictures as you go and maybe write a little bit of a tutorial of sorts? Only ask because I imagine I'll have to get a desk pretty soon, and my preference is probably to build it myself...
Of course, if you find a good supplier then let us know details of that too! |
