depending on how cold the beer is the swishing foams it up too much to contain. To taste a beer you ROLL it in your mouth. Swishing is bad.
As for ice, ive only done it with glacial ice that doesnt melt. Otherwise, a half glass of ice is a bunch of watery beer.
Its up there with dont fruit the beer with things you dont do. |

people toss a lime on/in it a lot more often than they pour it on ice, though. have you ever actually tried it? |

| I had a cup full of ice and a warm beer. I poured it in, swirled it around and poured just the beer out into a cup. if you have relaly warm beer it gets reallllly watery. |
