Just wanted to hear any tunes you guys would recommend (HOUSE) to play at a pool party at a friends house. I'm fairly new to DJing and this will actually be my first time playing out of the bedroom.
Another thing I should mention is that I spin house, and even though I am happy with my current music collection, I'd like to hear some recommendations since I think that my current taste in tunes is shared by a minority of househeads. Thanks. |

I currently have lots of tracks that could be classified as tech, some miminal and progressive house.
so I guess im looking for tracks that are outside these genres. |

I did a pool party myself about a month ago. I had to use some top40 remixes since the audience were mostly recent HS grads. Here are some of the tunes I used:

Jussi Polet ft. Josie Dale - Positive (Supermodels From Paris remix)

Terry Lynn - Kingstonlogic (Pacifist Mix) - people loved this tune to my surprise

i played a pool party which was more trance based
i played songs like Aalto - 5 , Super8 & DJ Tab - Wont Sleep Tonight, Mike Foyle - Firefly, Jose Amnesia feat Jennifer Rene - Louder (Jon O'Bir Remix)
yea thats a serious trance tracklist sorry lol
Id suggest anything from Starkillers/Terranova or Austin Leeds or maybe Pryda - Armed |
