So he's the implicated NBA ref that supposedly threw games in order to affect the over/under for games.
He also worked game 3 of the spurs/suns series.

| This is a very huge slap against the NBA's face right now. I have no idea how they are going to handle this, especially with these allegations that he may name "other names" involved in the gambling ring with him. Wow. Gooddall has to deal with players getting arrested, Stern has to deal with the refs gambling, Selig has to deal with the whole steroids issue. who is going through the toughest times right now? :) |

nah they don't have money to have problems. you got to have money to have problems. just as that old puff daddy song goes ... "mo' money, mo' problems" ... all the nhl could afford is a dollar menu combo at mcdonald's. :wtf: |

i remember ESPN a couple of nights ago they were posting some statistics, and they calculated out of all of Tim Donaghy's games he reffed compared to the rest of the refs, his games had the most fouls called, the most technical fouls called, and the most free throws attempted.
but speaking of investigating all the referees who may be involved, they should also investigate the players too. they could have helped him shave some points.
man this is starting to get real ugly. this is almost as worse as the "point shaving scandals" in the past. |

anyway, I'm not sure whether this is better or worse than the ASU thing in the 80s.
If it goes beyond Donaghy, yeah, but at the moment, it's just one guy. There are so many people screaming about how it was so obvious, but if there was ever a case where the old 'hindsight is 20/20' saying applies, this is it. |

| I wish the Spurs are involved (which is very likely) and Stern will send them down to the NBDL like they did in Italy:p |
