golf courses for some reason always seem to flood. the one here on base, man, its been pretty bad too. oviously not as bad as the one you showed, because the water level always seems to go down w/in an hour or so...not days later :(

they're actually built to drain into certain spots, but the grass is all very short, and can't absorb much water.
