GTA DJ faces sexual assault charges

A GTA disc jockey is facing a dozen of sexual assault-related charges after three women filed complaints with police.
The recently reported incidents occurred over the course of the past five years in Brampton and also outside of Peel region, said Const. Jodie Dawson of Peel Regional Police.
She said police believe the 24-year-old man may have had contact with other women. They’re asking members of the public to come forward as witnesses or if they have any information.
Jason Richards, 24, of Brampton, who goes by the DJ name Jay NYCE, is charged with three counts each of aggravated assault, aggravated sexual assault, criminal negligence causing bodily harm and breach of probation.
