Pop/Comp noise Reduction

Does anyone know how to get rid of or reduce the popping noise that comes up randomly during the mix after it has been recorded live to the computer?
It's so irritating to listen to the mix and here popping noises from the computer when they could no tbe heard whilst mixing.
Any advice? |

| popping from the record or from your computer? maybe your computer is popping from overload... thats pretty common in productions but if its a bad/dirty record then do what you can to clean it |

Definitely not the record. It's a digital sound, so I know it's from the computer. Has a different sound then when vinyl pops from wear and dirt.

| yea that usually happens with crappy audio interfaces not meant for HQ recording |
