I would love to hear the opinions you guys extrapolate from my musical tastes.

You certainly have a problem making decisions and following rules :p

a few deaf people I know fav song is Magic Orgasim by the House Heroes

4'33" is more for hearing people due to it allows them to have that time to listen to the world around them....

I guess, really I got nothing.. ;)

eROs.au
radiohead - paranoid android
Taranis
In no particular order:

Celldweller - Welcome to the End

The Prodigy - Take Me

Kai Tracid - For Just One Day

Darude - Sandstorm (I know, but there are some very good memories associated with this track, of events in my life that have well and truly shaped the person I am today, which is why I list it)

Enslavement of Beauty - The Dying Buds of May

Acolyte - Draw to You

Manson cover of Sweet Dreams

They're the best I can think of, on the basis of songs that represent important facets of who I am, important parts of my life, or that I can relate to the way they affect me on an emotional and personal level.
