I'm taking a friend out for a going away party (she's moving to NYC). We're going to DC to a really good sushi place (dinner), and then we're looking for something to do. As I'm not really familiar with the DC night life (non-weekend), I'm wondering if anybody has any tips or advice for a bar/lounge/small club with a good atmosphere...
I'm thinking of Lima lounge, as I've been there a couple of times, but I'd love to hear some other suggestions. |

It's called Jordan's 8.
It's on 8th SE across from the Marine Barracks. Sushi and Steak are served, and there's a private outdoor patio on the second floor for dining and relaxing. It's fairly new, but I've been there a couple of times and really like it. |
