| Was listening to the Gatecrasher 99 set today. Still fresh almost 10 years later. Did any of you have the chance to go to any of those shows? |

| That Gatecrasher set is easily one of the best trance sets I have ever heard. From the great crowd to the incredible mixing, it's mindblowing. Wish I could have made it to one :( |

While I agree on the crowd, and it has some truly massive tunes on. The mixing is dog . |

I do not understand why people hate this guy so much.
I mean he has gone a bit more pop now-days but its important to remember that he has been quite an quite influential person in the trance scene!
From his early Goa days to his latest Madonna remix he has been a KEY Dj to helping trance explode worldwide. |

i've been to oakenfolds last ever set at cream in may 2002, was memorable :)
was 14-16 when oakenfold peaked in popularity in 1998-2000, too young to have known about trance then :D |

He didnt say ALL the sets in 99. Just the Gatecrasher one.
Yes the tunes are top notch, but the mixing is forgettable. |
