Venting about Juno.co.uk....

I ordered about 19 Vinyls from them about 3 weeks ago, about 2 and a half weeks ago they charged my card a good 200$. Well to date I havent recv any records yet. I've sent them a few customer service inquirys and recv no response.
I know this wont help any, had to vent!! But has anyone else been having probs with them lately? I've always had good luck with them and other places in general. Can anyone point me to a good site that has most of the new stuff. I.E. Space bros, arcane-somewhere, punk..
Ya know a good place that gets the new stuff in and wont screw you over on shipping.. |

| You should understand that when ordering from Juno, it's gonna take a while since you live in the States. I used to feel the same way you do until they implemented their new FedEx option. You're only paying a few bucks more and they're sent to you in 2 days max. And you can't complain that you're paying more than you would if you found it here because in the end, it all evens out. Try the FedEx option next time; I'm sure you'll have your records by the end of the week anyhow. |

K guys, thanks for the replys. I was hot at the time of the post. SHould of used the search function. I guess im just a newbie right? haha

I ordered something from Juno on March 5th and Order got lost......
So I emailed them like 4 times till I got an answer... They haven`t replied back since then...
I will wait a little more, after, I call.
Now that they have the FedEx thing it would be easier for us in the USA to order.

| sometimes they do take more than a month to come across seas to us. i have never had my order ed up or lost. |

| i use only juno, and they've been delivering the packages like a charm. it takes for me exactly 3 weeks after confirmation via normal mail, and 3 days via FedEx. |

Juno is extremely reliable, in over two years buying records from them they got EVERY single order right, nothing EVER got lost and they were very fast to deliver the tracks.
If you're too cheap to pay for FedEx shipping to the States then you really shouldn't be complaining about the shipment taking a long time to arrive. |

Its better if you call. They dont really respond to emails i guess, because ive emailed them and havent got a response since last year :rolleyes: Calling is much better |

I think it has to do something with dailing "1" first. :D Actually its better to dial area code 9-11-then your number
I finally got my replacing of "Destination Sunshine" from juno...they rock :D |

ya i cant dial UK to save my life.. yikes.
but they've always given me great service.. maybe max 3, 4 weeks but when my vinyl was damaged once they sent another copy without question:D
right away.
it DOES take awhile for normal shipping to US/Canada
so if you aint trying to save money, its definitely worth it to pay like the extra 8 bucks or so to ship faster.:)
overall i give them a 9/10
