Best part is there is NO CGI. |
Seemed like really ty cgi when he jumped through that window at the moroccan asset.
Typical disappointing Hollywood action film, if you ask me. I saw the first one, never saw the 2nd one, and am glad I got into this one for free because I would have felt cheated otherwise. |

Saw this on Friday night, even though we got into the theatre 45mins before it rolled the place was packed. Thought it was a great movie, it just never stopped. Some of the bits are just great and I think Jason Bourne is my hero ;) I know it is a movie but some of it is just pure genius, like calling the NSA guy, recording his voice to dictaphone and then breaking into his own safe :D
Only bad part was my wife was sat next to a psycho that laughed at everything, even when nothing was happening. :conf: |

| good movie, if you liked the other two you won't be disappointed. i did feel a bit motion sick throughout a ridiculously long chase through manhattan. anyhow i want to see it again :D! |

Yesss this movie is one of those to definetly sit on the upper part of the theater. |

| i really wish theyd just lock the camera down or get a tripod. i think the only reason the action sequences look "cool" is because you cant tell what the hell is going on most the time |

he's one of the few versatile actors out there right now that can do comedy, action, or drama, and won't screw up the movie. he was good in 'Dogma', 'The Talented Mr. Ripley', 'The Bourne' series, 'Oceans' series, 'The Departed', and 'The Legend of Bagger Vance'.
and yes i am excited about the third part. :) |
throw out the 3 ocean movies, and include Rounders, the good shepard and good will hunting |

This just came out here today.
Wasn't bad at all, definitely the best of the 3 movies.
Has anyone read the books? Are they worth getting? |

Amazingly this film was the best of the three! Thats practically unprecedented for a 3rd film! Everything about it was done well.
My only unfortunate criticism is the fight sequence cinematography and editing. Obviously the fight scenes are the most important parts and the camera shakes around so much its hard to tell wtf is going on. They're still good but it could have been so much better if they'd just put the ing camera down and stop moving it around |
I saw this post before seeing the movie and expected it to be as bad as you described and you were right, on everything. I love this movie, it was a good end to the trilogy. |

| great movie, unfortunately it hardly covered what was in the book. The first movie they did a great job following the story line. This movie is the last half of the Supremacy (the book) and the title page of Ultimatum (3rd book in the series). Maybe we'll get some closure with a 4th movie. |

Yeah, cool. That's why I wanna check out the books, as I figured that there is quite a bit of detail missed in the movies (as is normal for a book to movie translation).
Are the books a good read though, or a fail? |

books are very good (all Robert Ludlum books are)
And it'd be impossible for them to make a literal translation of the books into movies, it'd take about 5 hours for each movie and you can't miss stuff out or else it would probably not make sense. |
