I feel for Jennifer Rene, people talk so much smack about her. I'm not gonna say I love her or anything because I don't but I did love Louder and Won't Change a Thing was entertaining the first three or so times I heard it. She does need to work on performing live but she's still pretty new to this thing and she should get better with time. She has a good voice.
I don't know I think I was too brutally honest with her at Armin in BK and I'm still feeling some guilt for my comments.

I fully agree with thread starter, I can't stand her voice. And for those that were making excused for renjen that "oh, she didn't warm up her vocal chords, she was stressed, it was too hot, she had to also breathe at the same time, she had to stand, yada yada yada" SHUT YER PIEHOLES AND OPEN YOUR EARS.
I have no idea who she's bangin and how she gets recorded period but I know that no sound engineer without MAAAAAAAAAD skillz could get those vocals sounding at least semi-decent. As I said before... ren jen jen ren is giving trance bad name and she should just find another career - like doing topless covers for trance albums or doing home sekkks vids, as long as she doesn't use those pipes for singing - we're cool. I'm sure she's a nice girl but I just don't think singing is the best career choice.

The majority of dance music vocalists really, really need to understand that the reason they're dance music vocalists is because sound engineers and producers can spend hours making their voice sound good.
Jennifer Rene is a very nice young lady, but her voice is mediocre at best.
Most of these young ladies would do well to listen to Jes Brieden try to sing live before thinking it might be a good idea to give it a go.

the only female dance music vocalist i've ever heard perform live was Omi, who did all the vocals on Way Out West's album "Don't Look Now" - and she was incredible.
