what do you want to know about it?
it's a remix of the song "close to you" which was on tiesto's first artist album "in my memory". vocals are sung by jan johnston. it's a sweet remix which was only featured on certain "in my memory" releases (i think only certain double cd releases)... magik muzik is the duo geert huinink and alco lammers (http://www.discogs.com/artist/Magik+Muzik) who both work with/have worked with tiesto extensively.
