Ok...I am starting to get back to buying CDs and want to know where you guys normally do your shopping at?

Online stores would be appreciated...with good prices and shipping times!

Thanks in advance! :)

I dont really buy CD's as they can be expensive a PVD album now would retail about £20 or $23 which is a lot depending on my wage salary. Dont get me wrong its nice to have a few orginal albums i have PVD , TIESTO , OAKIE , CREAM , TRANSFORMER etc , I usually buy stuff from HMV Records.

I use HMV, but amazon is good online, also ebay has a lot of good stuff, although it is an auctions place :)

Too few trance Releases in France so I don't buy anything... ;)

I buy my stuff from all over the place. I go to HMV for vinyls and general releases. Archers records for 2nd hand stuff, althgouh this shop doesn't sell as much trance as it used to. I sometimes go all the way up to birmingham by train to a 2nd hand shop near HTFR, it's awsome for cool trance vinyls and it sells a few cds. I also soemtimes go to nuneaton to a shop called entertainment exchange, which is awsome for trance! As for shops online try www.confidence-uk.com. It sells a lot of trance. It's all very cheep and they deliver within 48 hours, and you get a personal service as the site is only run by two people! hmv.co.uk is quite good. Also check out cdzone.co.uk, they sell EVERYTHING! trouble is most of the stuff that is apparently availiable is deleted and they wait about a month before they tell you this:( If you want to start collecting try 2nd hand cd shops. It's suprising what you'll find.

I'm in Ohio, and since I don't know where to go, I do most of my shopping at CDnow.com

Buying CDs is a major pain in the ass in Australia.
Though we have a plethora of different trance CDs on the market, alot of them are imported from the UK. Along side the import comes the import prices which is heafty of the wallet and leaves me having doubts buying the CD(s) in the first place.

For example, a CD like GC Experience on import is $44.95 Australian :eyes: and though the local is out at $36 its missing almost 8-9 tracks off the import version due to copyrights and all the other legal e that GC has to endeavour into.

Its not only GC but all other decent CDs and please dont even get me started on the Global Underground series! :eyes:

None the less, HMV and my local Dance Arena store seems to be the best.

cdzone.co.uk
hmv.co.uk
tunes.co.uk
recordstore.co.uk
amazon.co.uk

there all good and check out ebay auctions, they always have loads...
and cd's are better quality and genrally cheaper, and last longer, are lighter to carry, digital, etc.. dont understand the fuss with vinyl, oh well lets not argue :DDDD
